When Alicia LaFleur became a THRIVE Promoter, she learned how to push herself to dream bigger
Alicia LaFleur doesn’t have an impressive degree or a standout resume. Nevertheless, she’s achieved the 200K VIP rank with Le-Vel and has her sights set on the Millionaire Award. “I barely graduated high school and am a college dropout,” she says.
“If I can achieve so much, any Promoter who works hard can, too,” she says.
LaFleur’s THRIVE journey began in May of 2018. A mom of three who worked full time at a shipping fulfillment company, she found herself struggling to get through the day.
One day, she decided to create a post on social media asking for advice on how to achieve more energy. Her friend, a THRIVE Promoter, offered her a sample, with a catch: She could have it for free as long as she agreed to post a review about it.
LaFleur agreed, “and within 10 minutes of taking my capsules, I felt amazing,” she says. “The brain fog I’d dealt with for so long had lifted, and I was able to think clearly and get my daughter up for daycare.” Just minutes later, she found herself in the kitchen “making a fancy little smoothie” out of her Lifestyle Mix. “I was standing in front of my vanity, doing my make up and drinking my shake and feeling so happy,” she remembers.
She created a post about her THRIVE Experience before heading off for work – and by the time she got home, she’d gained so much interest from her social media followers that she knew she had to become a Promoter.
What came next was a series of events “that were truly life-changing for me,” says LaFleur.
The same week she started THRIVING, she had an interview for a new job. “My energy was through the roof, and I fully believe that my energetic personality was what got me the job,” she says.
“If I can achieve so much, any Promoter who works hard can, too.”
At the same time, she hit several new Promoter bonuses, achieving the 4K rank in less than three weeks. “Those bonuses painted a picture for me of what Le-Vel had to offer,” she says.
In June, she achieved the 12K rank “and ran to the nearest dealership and got the first Mercedes-Benz that I qualified for,” she says. In July, she reached the 40K rank, and she and her husband Jared, who had also signed up to be a Promoter, qualified for a Lifestyle Getaway to Mexico.
In April of 2019, LaFleur decided to become a full-time THRIVE Promoter. Later that year, she hit her 80K rank, and in 2020, her husband Jared hit 80K. She reached her 200K VIP rank in April 2020, and Jared is now striving to to achieve the 200K milestone.
While LaFleur acknowledges that it’s taken a lot of hard work to get where she is now, she also credits Le-Vel’s compensation structure and team atmosphere. “I’ve been with other direct-sales companies, and it’s always a situation where only the people at the very top were winning,” she says. “As a THRIVE Promoter, there are chances to be successful from the very beginning. And people you don’t even know reach out to help you.”
LaFleur’s next goal, along with the Millionaire Award, is to one day speak on stage at THRIVEPALOOZA. “I start sweating when I think about it, because it makes me so nervous,” she says. “But I’ve learned that when you push yourself, you can accomplish things that you never thought were possible.”
