A special opportunity provided Promoter Brittany Streich with the motivation she needed to take her business to the next level
Like many overtired moms, Brittany Streich first tried THRIVE in hopes of getting more energy to get through her day. By Day 4, she was shocked to discover that she “felt like a human again” and no longer had to take daily naps.
“I realized that I could help a lot of people feel the exact same way,” says the busy mom of two daughters, who also worked a full-time job in business development at a car dealership.
She became a Promoter in October of 2016 and got off to a quick start, earning all of her early bonuses and hitting her 4K VIP rank.
But as she built her business, her life became a bit more complicated: She got divorced. “Talk about a life change,” she says. “I didn’t even have a vehicle to my name or a house to live in. All I had was THRIVE in my pocket.”
Still, she plugged away at her THRIVE business and spent two solid years growing her network and even earned an Auto Bonus toward a new Cadillac. But eventually, she hit a plateau in her business, lingering for several months at the 40K rank.
But that all changed for Streich in November of 2018, when Le-Vel launched a month-long contest whereby the Promoter who clinched the No. 1 spot on the company’s leaderboard would earn a significant bonus.
“My mindset was that I had no choice: I had to get this bonus,” she remembers. “I wanted to quit my full-time job, be with my babies, and have the opportunity to THRIVE at home full time.”
She immediately got to work. First, she created a post on social media about THRIVE Balance and how it had provided her support with weight management and digestive health issues.
She received a flood of interest about her post and made up her mind to “spend every single second of my free time that month Promoting THRIVE.
“As a single mom of two girls working nine to five, my life was crazy the entire month,” she says. “On the way to work, I’d listen to recordings of Zoom calls. During breaks at work, I was enrolling people and catching up with my team.”
“I realized that I could help a lot of people feel the exact same way.”
Once she put her daughters to bed each night, “I was working like crazy,” she says. She’d sleep with her phone volume turned up so that if someone messaged her from another time zone, she’d wake up and respond. “I was signing people up from all over the world in the middle of the night, every night,” she says.
Her hard work paid off: Streich won the contest and decided to work her THRIVE business full time. She was able to finally pay important household expenses in advance and took her daughters to Disney World two weeks before Christmas.
After that, Streich vowed to keep her foot on the gas pedal. In March of 2019, she achieved the 200K rank and has her heart set on earning the Millionaire Award in 2021. She’s even signed up her fiancé to be a Promoter. She’s changed the background on her computer screen to include her photo with the caption, “I am a Millionaire Award Recipient 2021.
“My mindset has forever changed,” she says. “Whenever I have a goal now, I say to myself, ‘I have no choice but to get this.’”
